Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Parsa Community Education LLC, doing business as Vicki's Cubbies ("Vicki's Cubbies," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information through vickiscubbies.com and the Vicki's Cubbies service.

1. Who the service is for

Vicki's Cubbies is a business-to-business enrollment-planning service for childcare centers and other authorized childcare operators. It is not directed to children, and children should not create accounts or submit information directly to us.

2. Information we collect

Account and business information. We may collect names, business names, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, account credentials, location information for a childcare business, and communications with us.

Billing information. Subscription payments may be processed by a third-party payment processor such as Stripe. We generally do not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

Customer Data. Childcare-center customers may provide information needed to generate enrollment and capacity forecasts. Depending on how a customer configures the service, this may include a child's name or internal identifier, date of birth or age, classroom, schedule, enrollment start/end information, and planned classroom transitions.

Usage and technical information. We may collect device, browser, IP address, login, diagnostic, and product-usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

3. Data minimization

Vicki's Cubbies is designed to use only the information reasonably needed for enrollment planning. Customers should not upload Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, payment-card information, medical records, health information, biometric information, emergency-contact details, or other sensitive information unless we expressly support and request that information for a specific feature.

4. How we use information

We use information to provide and support the service, authenticate users, generate forecasts and planning outputs, process subscriptions, communicate with customers, troubleshoot issues, protect the service from misuse, comply with law, and improve product performance and usability.

5. How we handle Customer Data

As between Vicki's Cubbies and a childcare-center customer, the customer controls the Customer Data it submits and is responsible for having appropriate authority to provide that data to us. We process Customer Data to provide the service and related support, and as otherwise instructed by the customer or required by law.

We do not sell Customer Data, and we do not use child information submitted by customers for targeted advertising.

6. Service providers

We may use service providers to host data, provide authentication, process payments, send transactional communications, monitor service performance, or provide customer support. These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for us and are subject to contractual or other restrictions appropriate to their role.

7. Legal and business disclosures

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect rights or safety, needed to investigate fraud or abuse, or part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to applicable law.

8. Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Customers may request deletion of Customer Data by contacting support@vickiscubbies.com. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or be retained where required by law.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials and controlling access within their organization.

10. Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, or other treatment of personal information. Business customers may also make requests regarding Customer Data submitted through their account. Requests may be sent to support@vickiscubbies.com.

11. Children

Vicki's Cubbies does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Any child-related information in the service is submitted by an authorized childcare-center customer for business enrollment-planning purposes.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated to active customers through the service or by email.
